3 Personal Branding Tips

  • Be specific with who you are and what you do. If you want to be known for everything, you'll be known for nothing! Identify your strengths or key areas of your business and publicize them. By focusing on a niche, you allow yourself the ability to be seen and gain the visibility needed to achieve success.
  • Look at yourself through the eyes of Google. You are only as important as search engines say you are! Brand yourself in every way possible online, before someone else does. It is your responsibility to control your online perceptions.
  • Be Persistent. Personal Branding is a continuous task. If you do not continually work to enhance your brand, you will forgo opportunities and lose your place in search engine rankings, disappearing into the abyss.
